Our goal
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have motor, speech or cognitive disabilities.
What we do
- Use descriptive text for photos and meaningful link text.
- Make menus, maps, the photo carousel, the site search and the chat assistant usable with a keyboard, with visible focus states.
- Respect reduced-motion settings in your device, so animations pause or stop.
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast and scalable font sizes.
- Provide captions or descriptions for our team videos where possible.
Known limitations
Some content comes from third parties, such as our online estimate form, Google reviews, maps and Facebook videos. We can’t fully control how those tools work, but we choose options that support accessibility where we can.
